Vision Statement

Worked with the department heads on revision of the Vision Statement and then spent another hour myself revising the revision:

1st Revision

The Merrill-Cazier Library will be the preferred portal to quality information for the Utah State University community in its pursuit of learning. As the intellectual center of campus, the Library strives, through its service commitment, to create engaging environments that foster inquiry, collaboration, and discovery. The library staff applies its expertise to devise successful strategies for [the] access, delivery, and assessment of information. While building on our valued foundation as conservators of human knowledge, the Library embraces evolving technologies and adapts services and collections to support changing user needs.
